  • Works with the publisher to generate ideas with respect to the cover and centerfold and designs those elements to be approved by the publisher.

  • Coordinated and organized a 120-page User Guide for the new National Shelter System, a geospatial database of emergency shelters in the United States, for use by the American Red Cross, FEMA, HHS, other government and NGO stakeholders.
  • Helped the National Red Cross evolve to meet the challenges brought on by the pandemic in the area of client sheltering.
  • Enabled volunteers without access to digital equipment conduct site surveys of new and existing shelter locations.

  • Designed an emblem that will be used in Northeast Division visual presentation materials.
  • Created a Division Disaster Reference Guide, a contact document distributed to all divisional staff.
